VISIT OF THE COMMISSIONER, CADWM, MoWR, GoI
The team comprising of the Commissioner and Joint Commissioner, CADWM, Ministry of Water Resources, Govt. of India visited and inspected the CADWM works in Orissa during August 2008. Basing on their report, the high level technical technical committee of MoWR have accorded, in principle, clearance of three Medium Irrigation Projects, namely, Gohira, Sunei and Remal and one Major Irrigation Project namely, Upper Indravati for inclusion under CADWM programme from 2008-09.
